StyleFlyers is an online design platform and digital design archive operated by Square Deals Pty Ltd. References to “StyleFlyers”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the StyleFlyers website and services.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use StyleFlyers, we may collect or process:

Payments are processed through providers integrated with our ecommerce checkout. Those providers may collect payment credentials under their own policies. StyleFlyers generally does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to service providers and professional advisers supporting ecommerce, payments, hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, security, customer support, accounting or legal services.

Some technology providers used to operate an international website may process or store information outside Australia. Exact countries can depend on provider infrastructure and service configuration. Where applicable law requires us to identify likely overseas disclosures and it is practicable to do so, we will update this policy as provider arrangements change.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the service to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, interference, loss, alteration and disclosure. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep information for as long as reasonably required for account operation, purchase history, taxation, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements.
