What to include in your message

For an order issue

Order number, if available.
Email used for the order.
Design or product name.
Purchased format: PSD, Illustrator AI, Canva-compatible PDF or bundle.
Screenshot or exact error message.

For a file question

Software and version you are using.
What you are trying to edit or export.
Whether the issue affects text, images, smart objects, fonts, effects or layout.
A screenshot where possible.

Before requesting a refund: StyleFlyers supplies digital design files. Most technical issues can be resolved by identifying the correct format, re-downloading the file, opening it in compatible software or clarifying which elements are editable. Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered for digital products, but rights that cannot legally be excluded are not limited.

About StyleFlyers

StyleFlyers has been building and curating professional flyer and graphic design source files for more than 15 years. The archive is based on original professional design work, with layered Photoshop PSD files as the native source for the majority of products.

Our Intelligent Design Engine helps users search the archive using natural language, compare professional source designs on a Design Board, choose a file format and purchase through the StyleFlyers store. Converted Illustrator and Canva-compatible versions are reconstructed from the original source artwork and may differ in editability from the native PSD.
