1. About StyleFlyers

StyleFlyers is an online professional design archive, digital product store and design-search platform operated by Square Deals Pty Ltd. The archive has been developed over more than 15 years and contains original flyer and graphic design source files created by professional designers.

The majority of products originate as layered Adobe Photoshop PSD artwork. StyleFlyers may also provide reconstructed or converted formats such as Adobe Illustrator AI files and Canva-compatible PDFs.

2. Intelligent Design Engine and search results

The StyleFlyers Intelligent Design Engine, StyleFlyers Design Engine and related search features help users discover designs from the StyleFlyers archive using natural-language requests and automated ranking technology.

Search rankings, match percentages, recommendations, descriptions and suggested uses are aids only. They are not a guarantee that a design will suit your intended use. Review the preview, description, dimensions, orientation, format and licence before purchasing.

3. Design Board

The Design Board lets you shortlist and compare designs before making a final choice. Adding a design does not reserve it or create a purchase. A purchase is made only when an item is added to the ecommerce cart and payment is completed.

4. Digital purchases and delivery

StyleFlyers products are digital goods. Prices, available formats and bundle contents are shown before purchase. After a successful order, digital files are made available according to order status and the delivery method shown by the website.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and ensuring your software and hardware are compatible with the purchased format.

We may refuse, cancel or review an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, abuse, obvious pricing or technical error, legal restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order without supplying the product, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices may change without notice before purchase. The amount shown in cart and checkout at purchase time applies to that transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law. Taxes, provider charges or currency conversion may apply depending on location and payment method.

6. PSD, Illustrator and Canva-compatible formats

Original layered PSD

The PSD is generally the native source file and usually offers the fullest access to original Photoshop construction, including available layers, smart objects, effects and editable text.

Illustrator AI

Illustrator versions may be reconstructed from the original PSD. Key text is recreated as editable text where possible and some elements may remain separately editable, while complex Photoshop effects, smart-object artwork, image areas and detailed elements may remain flattened.

Canva-compatible PDF

Canva-compatible PDFs are intended as a practical starting point for Canva users. Main artwork may be preserved as flattened artwork while key text is recreated as editable text where possible. These files are not represented as fully editable equivalents of the original layered PSD.

Formatting differences

Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, fonts and third-party software do not interpret every effect identically. Converted files can contain font substitutions, flattening, small alignment differences, changed image-placeholder behaviour or other formatting differences. StyleFlyers uses its own conversion and reconstruction processes to reduce these issues, but perfect one-to-one editability across different software is not guaranteed.

7. Fonts, linked assets and third-party materials

Some designs may reference fonts, stock images, mockups or other third-party materials. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property or grant rights beyond those the relevant rights holder permits. You are responsible for any third-party licence required for your final project.

8. Commercial usage licence

Subject to these Terms and full payment, each purchased StyleFlyers product includes a non-exclusive commercial usage licence. You may edit the design and use resulting finished artwork for your own business, project or client work.

You may use finished output in advertising, social media, digital campaigns, print, events, promotions and other lawful commercial communications, provided the use does not redistribute the source file or create a competing editable template product.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense or give away the source PSD, AI, PDF or substantially equivalent editable source;
• sell the source file as a template, stock asset, downloadable design or editable product;
• extract substantial design elements for resale as a competing stock or template collection;
• use StyleFlyers source files to build, seed or populate a competing template library, source-file marketplace or design-generation system;
• claim authorship or ownership of the underlying StyleFlyers source design; or
• use a StyleFlyers product for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or fraudulent activity.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

Purchasing a product grants a licence; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or StyleFlyers source material. StyleFlyers retains all rights it holds in the original design archive, source files, platform, software, databases, classifications, conversion processes, search technology, product descriptions and site content.

“StyleFlyers”, “StyleFlyers Design Engine”, “StyleFlyers Intelligent Design Engine”, “StyleFlyers Intelligent Engine” and “Intelligent Design Engine” as used in connection with the StyleFlyers platform are proprietary brand names, product names and identifiers of StyleFlyers. All rights are reserved.

The technology used to catalogue, search, classify and present the StyleFlyers archive is proprietary to StyleFlyers and its operator except where third-party components are used under their respective licences.

10. Refunds, corrections and digital-product issues

Digital source files are delivered electronically and cannot meaningfully be returned after access. We therefore do not normally provide discretionary refunds for change of mind, choosing the wrong design, choosing the wrong format, lack of compatible software, deciding not to use the design, or preferences reasonably apparent from the preview or description.

If a file is materially different from its description, corrupted, cannot be downloaded, or has a genuine defect preventing its stated use, contact support@squaredeals.com.au. Depending on the issue, we may first provide a corrected file, replacement download, reasonable technical assistance or another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Memberships

If StyleFlyers offers memberships, current price, download allowance, benefits and limits are described on the membership page. Memberships are for the account holder and may not be resold, shared or transferred unless expressly allowed. We may change future membership pricing or inclusions subject to applicable law.

12. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork before publication, printing or distribution. This includes names, dates, prices, spelling, legal disclaimers, factual claims, trademarks, logos, image rights, licences, colours, bleed, dimensions, resolution, print specifications and regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for backups and compatible software. StyleFlyers is not a printer, legal adviser, advertising regulator or approval authority for your finished campaign.

13. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, systematically extract the archive in a way that competes with the service, circumvent purchase or membership controls, distribute malware, infringe rights or use the service for unlawful purposes.

14. Availability and changes

We may update, replace, withdraw, reclassify or change products, features, search technology, memberships, file formats, pricing and site functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website, every historic product or every conversion format.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleFlyers does not accept responsibility for losses arising from your choice of design, your edits, final content, printing, production, publication, third-party software behaviour, font licensing, user-supplied images, client instructions, legal compliance, campaign performance or the way you use a purchased file.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, these Terms operate only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and compensation rights required by law.

16. Responsibility for your use

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, costs or losses arising from content, materials or instructions you supply, your infringement of third-party rights, unlawful use of a StyleFlyers product or breach of these Terms. This does not transfer liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.

17. Account suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate account access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, payment abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, repeated licence violations, unauthorised redistribution or material breach of these Terms. This does not remove rights relating to a valid completed purchase except where access must lawfully or technically be restricted.

18. Governing law and mandatory rights

These Terms are intended to operate under applicable Australian law. If mandatory consumer, privacy or other laws apply and cannot be excluded by contract, those laws prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, technology, products, licences or law. The published version applies from its effective date and does not retrospectively remove rights where law prevents that.
