If you understand that you have bought the wrong template after your purchase, and this template can’t suit your needs, please contact us to our support or to our e-mail [email protected] of our template.
Regarding the purchases and cancellation of our subscriptions: If you have bought our subscription and now understand that it isn’t suitable for you and you want to ask for money refund– there are 2 days to make cancellation and up to 3 flyers to download – this quantity is enoughf to understand does the membership service fits you. Please note that we have statistic info about flyers downloads and if there will be more then 3 flyers we wont be able to make the refund for you. If you make a request for refund we will make it during 2 business day.
